otai exists to make one thing straightforward: landing in the United Arab Emirates. We're based in the Northern Emirates, in Ras Al Khaimah, with work across Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah. It's a part of the country that firms focused on Dubai tend to skip over.

We help businesses and individuals set up, move, and settle. In practice that's three things that usually arrive together: getting established with the right licence and structure, moving goods through international freight corridors, and finding the right premises or place to live. Because those needs tend to land at once, we run them as one, so you have a single point of contact rather than a handful of providers working in isolation.
We're anchored in Ras Al Khaimah and connected across the UAE, with a base in Delaware in the United States and the reach to coordinate globally. That two-market footprint, UAE and US, sits behind much of what we do, from trade corridors to the companies we help set up.
We work advisory first. We start by understanding what you're planning, then point you the right way, and that includes saying so when something isn't the right fit yet. We would rather set the right expectation than promise an outcome we can't guarantee.
