Services

What we do, and how it fits together.

otai works across three service lines. Most clients coming into the UAE need more than one, so we run them as a single path rather than three suppliers who never speak.

01. Business Setup & Advisory

Get established in the UAE, set up right the first time.

We take you through UAE market entry from the start. Whether a free zone or mainland structure fits your plans, how licensing works for your activity, and how to get the banking and PRO tasks done without the usual back and forth.

When you need people on the ground, we introduce you to local partners we know, instead of leaving you to find them cold.

  • Free zone or mainland
Guidance on the structure that suits your activity and ownership plans.
  • Licensing
Working out the licence your activity needs, and how to get it.
  • Banking & PRO coordination
Coordinating account opening and government relations tasks.
  • Local partner introductions
Connections to vetted advisors, agents and service providers.
  • US and UAE corridors
Coordinating freight between the United States and the Emirates.
  • Customs coordination
Keeping documentation and clearance moving in step.
  • Supply-chain planning
Lining up the moving parts so shipments don't stall between hands.
  • Vetted forwarders & 3PLs
Connections to freight and third-party logistics partners we trust.

02. Logistics & Freight

Move goods between the UAE, the US, and beyond.

We coordinate international freight corridors, with US and UAE trade a particular focus, and keep customs and supply-chain steps in step so shipments don't stall between parties.

You get forwarders and 3PLs we trust, and we stay the point of coordination. So you're managing a plan, not a dozen separate contacts.

03. Property & Relocation

Premises for the business, homes for the people.

From commercial and industrial premises to residential relocation and housing, we help you find space that fits how you actually operate, near the right port, zone, or community.

We work with licensed brokerage partners on property placement and the transaction itself, running the search alongside your setup and logistics so the pieces arrive together.

  • Commercial & industrial space
Offices, warehousing and industrial premises to suit operations.
  • Residential relocation
Housing and relocation support for teams making the move.
  • Licensed brokerage partners
Placement handled with properly licensed brokers.

One point of coordination

The three work better together.

A company opening in Ras Al Khaimah usually needs a licence, a way to move its goods, and somewhere to put its people, all around the same time. otai holds those threads together, so a decision in one line accounts for the others and you brief one team instead of three.

Much of it runs through a trusted network on the ground. See the partners behind the work.

Common questions

The things people ask us first.

Should I set up in a free zone or on the mainland?

It depends on what you're doing and who you're selling to. A free zone often suits businesses that trade internationally or want full foreign ownership. A mainland licence can make more sense if you're selling directly into the UAE market. We talk it through before recommending either.

Why the Northern Emirates and not Dubai?

Ras Al Khaimah and the other Northern Emirates can be more cost effective to set up and run in, and they're often overlooked by Dubai-focused firms. We're based here, so you get a local partner rather than a remote one.

Does otai handle property directly?

We coordinate the property search alongside your setup and logistics, and we work with licensed brokerage partners on the placement and the transaction itself. The brokerage work is done by properly licensed brokers.

Can you help with logistics between the US and the UAE?

Yes. US and UAE trade is a particular focus. We coordinate freight corridors and customs, connect you to vetted forwarders and 3PLs, and stay the point of contact so you manage a plan rather than a dozen suppliers.
